摘  要:使用3种钝化工艺对9Cr1Mo钢进行表面钝化处理,通过电化学测试、FeCl_(3)腐蚀试验、盐雾腐蚀试验、高温高压腐蚀试验测试3钝化工艺对9Cr1Mo合金耐腐蚀性能的提升,结果表明钝化处理通过在9Cr1Mo钢表面形成保护性好的钝化膜,可有效降低钢基体的腐蚀速率使得耐电化学腐蚀性能和耐盐雾腐蚀性能显著提升。在高温高压腐蚀试验中未钝化和钝化后的9Cr1Mo钢的腐蚀过程由CO_(2)和H_(2)S腐蚀共同控制,钝化处理有利于钢基体发生更为均匀的腐蚀,对9Cr1Mo钢表面腐蚀膜的形成过程产生一定影响,但不会改变其腐蚀机理。Three passivation processes were used to passivate the surface of 9Cr1Mo steel.Electrochemical tests,FeCl_(3) corrosion tests,salt spray corrosion tests,and high temperature and high pressure corrosion tests were conducted to test the improvement of the corrosion resistance of 9Cr1Mo alloy by three passivation processes.The results showed that the passivation treatment formed a protective passivation film on the surface of 9Cr1Mo steel.It can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of the steel substrate and significantly improve the electrochemical corrosion resistance and salt spray corrosion resistance.In high temperature and high pressure corrosion tests,the corrosion process of non passivated and passivated 9Cr1Mo steel is jointly controlled by CO_(2) and H_(2)S corrosion.Passivation treatment is conducive to more uniform corrosion of the steel substrate,which has a certain impact on the formation process of the corrosion film on the surface of 9Cr1Mo steel,but does not change its corrosion mechanism.
