摘　　要：以川雪1号为试材,通过设置不同打顶时期的处理,研究了其对雪茄烟植株农艺性状的影响和雪茄烟叶晾制过程中色素含量的影响。结果表明:不同打顶时期处理对农艺性状的影响表现为:盛花时去顶芽>初花时去顶芽>现蕾时去顶芽;对川雪1号下部叶的变黄、变褐速率的影响表现为:盛花时去顶芽>初花时去顶芽>现蕾时去顶芽,并且烟叶在绿变黄的同时也进行着变褐的过程;在晾制过程中,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量依次为:现蕾时去顶芽>盛花时去顶芽>初花时去顶芽,色素降解曲线呈“S”形的慢—快—慢的降解规律。综合来看,初花开放时去顶芽处理的整体效果较好。In this experiment,Chuanxue No.1 was used as the test material,and the effects of different topping periods on the agronomic characteristics of cigar tobacco leaves and the pigment content during the curing process.The results showed that the effects on agronomic traits from high to low were full-flower topping treatment,first-flower opening topping treatment and budding topping treatment.The effects on the yellowing and browning speed of the lower leaves of Chuanxue No.1 from high to low were full bloom topping treatment,first flower topping treatment and budding topping treatment,and the tobacco leaves are undergoing a browning process as the green regresses and turns yellow.The chlorophyll and carotenoid content in the drying process from high to low was budding and topping treatment,full-flowering topping treatment and first-flower opening topping treatment.The degradation curve of the pigment shows an S-shaped slow-fast-slow degradation law.Comprehensively,the overall first-flower opening topping treatment has the best effect.
