猞猁直针毛的显微形态学特征观察

摘　　要：应用扫描电镜对猞猁背部、腹部、喉部、尾部和颈部的直针毛的鳞片花纹进行研究.结果表明,猞猁的5种直针毛均近似为梭形;鳞片花纹类型主要有冠状型、杂波型、扁平型、杂瓣型、方瓣型、斜瓣型等,且各部位毛发均有冠状型、杂波型、扁平型的鳞片花纹类型,但不同部位毛发鳞片的排列顺序以及不同花纹类型的鳞片平均高度存在差异.5个部位直针毛的3个典型部位之间的鳞片类型均具有一定的相似性却又有一定的差异性,近梢部鳞片花纹类型均为冠状型,背部、喉部、尾部和颈部的主体部鳞片花纹类型均为瓣状型,近根部均为扁平型;而腹部与之不同,其主体部鳞片花纹类型为扁平型,近根部为斜瓣型.在背部与尾部、背部与喉部等部位间,同类型鳞片高度之间存在显著性差异;在背部与喉部等部位间,差异性不显著.本研究可为物种的识别提供依据,但有一定的难度.A study of the scale pattern of straight guard hair's from the back,the abdomen,the throat,the tail and the neck of the Eurasian lynx(Lynx lynx)was conducted by scanning electronic microscope.The result showed that the pattern of all five kinds of lynx's straight guard hair are similar to fusiform;The scale types are mainly Coral type,Irregular wave type,flat type,Irregular valve type,Wide valve type,oblique valve type,etc.And the hair of each part has Coral type,Irregular wave type and flat type.But there are some differences of the sequence of scale pattern from different parts and the average height of different scale patterns.The scale type and height of the five kinds of straight guard hair in three typical sites are similarities but also there are some differences,the scale near the tip of the five types straight guard hair are all coral type;the primary scale type of the main part is valve type from the back,throat,tail and neck,the scale near the bottom is flat type.However,the abdomen is different,the scale pattern of main part is flat type,near the bottom is oblique valve type.There was a significant difference between the height of the same type of scales between the back and the tail,the back and the throat;and the difference between the back and the throat is not obvious.Which could supply basis for classification of species,but there were difficulties for identification.
