全瓷冠修复与金属烤瓷冠修复在牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者根管治疗后的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比全瓷冠修复与金属烤瓷冠修复在牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者根管治疗后的应用效果。方法将84例牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者随机分为两组各42例。根管治疗后,对照组采用金属烤瓷冠修复,观察组采用全瓷冠修复,比较两组患者牙周卫生健康状况及远期随访情况。结果修复后,两组GI、PLI评分均低于修复前,且观察组GI、PLI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组牙龈着色、边缘完整性及颜色匹配的合格率均高于对照组,牙颈缘黑线、折断或裂纹发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与金属烤瓷冠修复相比,牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者根管治疗后采用全瓷冠修复能有效改善其牙周状况及远期疗效。Objective To compare the application effects of all-ceramic crown restoration and metal ceramic crown restoration in patients with cracked tooth complicated with pulpitis after root canal therapy.Methods 84 patients with cracked tooth complicated with pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.After root canal therapy,the control group was restored with metal ceramic crown,and the observation group was restored with all-ceramic crown.The periodontal health and long-term follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After restoration,the GI and PLI scores of the two groups were lower than those before restoration,and the GI and PLI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the qualified rates of gingival staining,marginal integrity and color matching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidences of margin black line and fracture/crack were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with metal ceramic crown,all-ceramic crown restoration after root canal therapy in patients with cracked tooth complicated with pulpitis can effectively improve the periodontal condition and long-term outcome.
