仙方活命饮加减联合头孢呋辛在肛周脓肿切开挂线术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析仙方活命饮加减联合头孢呋辛在肛周脓肿切开挂线术后的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月于我院行肛周脓肿切开挂线术的98例患者,通过红蓝双色球法分为西药组(49例)和联合组(49例)。西药组术后静滴头孢呋辛治疗,联合组则加用仙方活命饮加减治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度和症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平。结果联合组的总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。术后14 d,联合组的VAS评分及IL-8、TNF-α水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组创面水肿缓解时间、创面愈合时间均短于西药组(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿切开挂线术后应用仙方活命饮加减联合头孢呋辛治疗效果明显,可显著降低患者的疼痛程度和炎性因子水平,缩短症状缓解时间。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Xianfang Huoming drink combined with cefuroxime after perianal abscess incision-thread-drawing procedure.Methods 98 patients undergoing perianal abscess incision-thread-drawing procedure in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were divided into western group(49 cases)and combined group(49 cases)by red and blue ball method.The western group was treated with cefuroxime intravenously after operation,while the combined group was treated with modified Xianfang Huoming drink on this basis.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,symptom relief time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western group(P<0.05).14 days after operation,the VAS score,and the IL-8 and TNF-αlevels of the combined group were lower than those of the western group(P<0.05).The wound edema relief time and wound healing time of the combined group were shorter than those of the western group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Xianfang Huoming drink combined with cefuroxime after perianal abscess incision-thread-drawing procedure has obvious treatment effect,which can significantly reduce the pain degree and inflammatory factor levels and shorten the symptom relief time.
