摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理对结直肠癌手术患者围术期心理状态及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月于我院择期行结直肠癌手术的70例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组围术期采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用叙事护理,均持续干预至出院。比较两组患者围术期的心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组的HADS-A、HADS-D评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的HADS-A、HADS-D评分均低于护理前,且观察组的HADSA、HADS-D评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论叙事性护理可有效改善结直肠癌手术患者围术期心理状态,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of narrative nursing on perioperative psychological state and complications in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 70 patients undergoing elective colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group received narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given intervention until discharge.The perioperative psychological state and the complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the HADS-A and HADS-D scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Afer nursing,the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than 17.14% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing can effectively improve the perioperative psychological state and reduce the incidence of complications of patients with colorectal cancer surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
