椿乳凝胶联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液对慢性宫颈炎患者阴道微生态及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察椿乳凝胶联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液对慢性宫颈炎患者阴道微生态及炎症因子的影响。方法按简单随机分组法将2018年11月至2021年10月西北妇女儿童医院收治的246例慢性宫颈炎患者分为对照组和试验组,每组123例。对照组采用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用椿乳凝胶,均连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗的总有效率;观察两组治疗前及治疗4周后,患者的炎症因子水平、阴道微生态指标的变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,试验组的总有效率(95.93%)高于对照组(85.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血清肿瘤坏死因子-β、白介素(interleukin,IL)-17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-23水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组阴道微生态的清洁度异常、过氧化氢阳性以及白细胞脂酶阳性率均较治疗前好转,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论椿乳凝胶联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗慢性宫颈炎患者效果显著,可降低炎症反应,改善阴道微生态指标。Objective To observe the effect of Chunru gel combined with policresulen solution on vaginal microecology and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 246 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Northwest Women’s and Children’s Hospital from November 2018 to October 2021 were divided into control group and test group according to the simple randomization method,with 123 cases in each group.The control group was treated with policresulen solution,and the test group was treated with Chunru gel on the basis of the control group for four consecutive weeks.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The levels of inflammatory factors,vaginal micro ecological indicators and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 4weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was 95.93%,higher than 85.37%of the control group(P<0.05).Serum tumor necrosis factor-βand interleukin(IL)-17 levels of the test group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and IL-23 levels was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The abnormal cleanliness of vaginal microecology,the positive rate of hydrogen peroxide and the positive rate of leukocyte lipase in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chuangru gel combined with policresulen solution has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic cervicitis,which can reduce inflammatory response and improve vaginal microecological indicators.
