摘　　要：伴随着情感计算、情感脑机接口、人工心理等技术应用的发展,有“情商”的人工情感智能体逐渐成为可能,情感与道德的双重嵌入议题进入学界视野。一方面,道德情感主义理论、情感嵌入技术和实际应用需求决定了人工情感智能体具备道德赋能的现实可行性;另一方面,囿于计算主义技术争议、情感真实性争议和主体认识论争议,人工情感智能体的道德赋能陷入理论困境。考虑到人工情感智能体的技术与应用特性,我们需要从技术伦理审查、现实应用情境和主体思维观念等角度为道德赋能创造条件,以防范人工情感智能时代到来可能面临的伦理挑战。With the development of affective computing,affective brain-computer interface,artificial psychology and other technologies,AI with“emo-tion”has gradually become possible.The dual embedded issues of emotion and morality have entered the academic discussion.On the one hand,the the-ory of moral sentimentalism,affective computing technology and practical application requirements determine the practical feasibility of the moral empower-ment of artificial emotional intelligence.On the other hand,confined to computationalism technical disputes,emotional authenticity disputes,and episte-mological disputes,the moral empowerment of artificial emotional intelligence has fallen into a theoretical dilemma.Considering the technical and applica-tion characteristics of artificial emotional intelligence,it is necessary to create conditions for moral empowerment from the perspectives of technical ethical review,realistic application scenarios and ontological epistemology to prevent the ethical challenges that may be faced in the era of artificial emotional in-telligence.
