摘　　要：社会技术化是指社会按照技术原则建构和运行。现代社会技术化在自然技术和社会技术共同推动下,发展经历了四个阶段:起步阶段、建制化时期、全球化时代、智能化时代。社会技术对自然技术的规范,对人的全面性塑造以及社会技术化对社会现代化的推动凸显出现代社会技术化的合理性与进步性,但技术理性的扩张也产生了技术与文化的冲突、社会技术与自然技术发展失衡以及追求高效造成的人的单向度化等矛盾,迫切需要从技术理性的重建、社会技术的创新以及现代人的文化重塑等方面寻找突破。Social technicalization means that society is constructed and operated according to technical principles.Driven by natural technology and social technology,the development of modern social technicalization has gone through four stages:the initial stage,the institutionalized stage,the era of global-ization and the era of intelligence.The standardization of social technology to natural technology,the comprehensive shaping of human beings and the pro-motion of social technicalization to social modernization highlight the rationality and progress of modern social technicalization.However,the expansion of technological rationality has also brought about the conflict between technology and culture,the imbalance between the development of social technology and natural technology,as well as the one-sided contradiction caused by the pursuit of efficiency.It is urgent to seek a breakthrough from the reconstruc-tion of technological rationality,the innovation of social technology and the cultural reconstruction of modern people.
