摘 要:对比研究了二元和四元矿物掺合料混凝土的自收缩、电通量、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并利用四元复掺配合比与碳纤维网复合制备了纤维编织网增强混凝土(Textile Reinforced Concrete,以下简称TRC),进行了TRC平板试件的耐久性能研究。结果表明:对比二元复掺混凝土,粉煤灰-矿粉-偏高岭土-石灰石粉四元复合掺合料可以有效减少混凝土试件的早期自收缩,有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性和抗硫酸根离子侵蚀性,优化混凝土的孔结构,密实界面过渡区;四元复合掺合料与碳纤维编织网复合制备的TRC板具有良好的耐久性能。The self-shrinkage,electrical flux and sulfate resistance of binary and quaternary mineral admixture concrete were compared and studied.The textile reinforced concrete(TRC)was prepared by using the quaternary composite admixture and carbon fiber mesh,and the durability of TRC plate specimens was studied.The results show that compared with binary composite concrete,the four-component composite admixture of fly ash,mineral powder,metakaolin and limestone powder can effectively reduce the early autogenous shrinkage of concrete specimens,effectively improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration and sulfuric acid attack of concrete,optimize the pore structure of concrete,and compact the transition zone of the interface.The TRC plate compounded with carbon fiber woven mesh and quaternary composite mineral admixture has good durability.
