摘 要:采用压汞法测试了不同初始加压时间水泥砂浆的孔结构参数,并计算孔分形维数,研究了初始加压时间与抗压强度、孔结构、孔分形维数之间的关系。结果表明:初始加压时间对砂浆孔隙率和抗压强度的影响显著,加压时间过早或过晚均不利于砂浆抗压强度的发展,初始加压时间宜为养护2.5 h左右;压力成型下砂浆的孔结构具有明显的分形特征,孔分形维数范围为3.0~3.2,孔分形维数与孔隙率存在良好的相关性,能够在一定程度上反映水泥基材料宏观性能的优劣。The pore structure parameters of cement mortar with different initial compression time were measured by mercury intrusion porosimetre,and the pore fractal dimension was calculated.The relationship between initial compression time and compressive strength,pore structure and pore fractal dimension was studied.The results show that the initial compression time has a significant impact on the porosity and compressive strength of the mortar.The early or late compression time is not conducive to the development of the mortar compressive strength.The initial compression time should be after 2.5 h curing.The pore structure of mortar under pressure molding has obvious fractal characteristics,with fractal dimension ranging from 3.0 to 3.2.There is a good correlation between pore fractal dimension and porosity,which can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the macro performance of cement-based material to a certain extent.
