摘  要:桑树全身是宝。植物内生菌是生活于健康宿主植物组织或器官内部的微生物,其能够产生特殊的活性代谢产物,一直是食品、药品、农业等领域研究的热点。介绍了桑树内生菌的多样性,以及桑树内生菌在抑菌、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、调节植物生长、抗氧化等方面的生物活性;并对桑树内生菌作为新型微生物资源,在桑树病害防治、果蔬采后保鲜剂开发、1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)发酵生产以及降糖药物开发方面的应用前景进行了展望。以期为桑树内生菌发酵生产功能性物质,开发功能性食品、药品以及果蔬采后生物保鲜剂提供理论参考。Mulberry trees are full of treasure.Endophytes are microorganisms living in the tissues or organs of healthy host plants,which can produce special active metabolites,and have been the focus of research in food,medicine,agriculture and other fields.The diversity of endophytes in mulberry trees are introduced,as well as the biological activities including antimicrobial activity,inhibition of α-glucosidase,regulation of plant growth,and antioxidant.The application prospects of endophytes as new microbial resources in the control of mulberry diseases,the development of postharvest preservative for fruits and vegetables,the fermentation production of 1-deoxynojrimycin(DNJ),and the development of hypoglycemic drugs are also prospected.It is expected to provide theoretical reference for the production of functional substances by mulberry endophytes fermentation,the development of functional food,medicine and postharvest biological preservative for fruits and vegetables.
