摘  要:本文研究了10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂对森林害鼠适口性和防治效果,在野外采用平行线法投放10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂和布放捕鼠铗。结果表明:施药9 d后,各试验地中投放的10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂3 kg·hm^(-2)、10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂4 kg·hm^(-2)和20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂1 kg·hm^(-2)的摄食系数为0.3137~0.5210,适口性较好。其嗜好顺序为20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂1 kg·hm^(-2)(平均摄食系数为0.4352)>10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂3 kg·hm^(-2)(平均摄食系数为0.3910)>10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂4 kg·hm^(-2)(平均摄食系数为0.3713)。该药剂不污染环境,使用安全。防治效果顺序为10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂4 kg·hm^(-2)(平均防治效果为93.66%)>10%硅酸盐肠道梗阻剂3 kg·hm^(-2)(平均防治效果为82.42%)>20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂1 kg·hm^(-2)(平均防治效果为41.63%)。The palatability and control effect of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent on forest rodents were studied in this paper.In the field,10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent and rat traps were placed with the parallel line method.The test results after 9 days of application showed that in experimental fields the feeding coefficient was 0.3137-0.5210 with 3 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent,4 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent and 1 kg·hm^(-2)of 20.02%diphenoxylate·barium sulfate bait.The palatability was good.The feeding coefficient was as follows:1 kg·hm^(-2)of 20.02%diphenoxylate·barium sulfate bait(0.4352)>3 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent(0.3910)>4 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent(0.3713).The agent did not pollute the environment and was safe to use.The control effect on rodents was as follows:4 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent(93.66%)>3 kg·hm^(-2)of 10%silicate intestinal obstruction agent(82.42%)>1 kg·hm^(-2)of 20.02%diphenoxylate·barium sulfate bait(41.63%).
