摘　　要：中國法律援助基金會是經國務院批准依法在民政部登記注册的全國性公募基金會。以保障全體公民享受平等的司法保護,維護法律賦予公民的基本權利為宗旨;主要任務是募集、管理法律援助基金,為實施法律援助提供物質支持,宣傳法律援助制度,維護司法公正。China Legal Aid Foundation(CLAF)is a national public foundation approved by the State Council,and registered through the Ministry of Civil Affairs.CLAF’s objectives are to guarantee all the citizens enjoying equal legal protection and to safeguard the basic rights of all citizens endowed by law.The main missions of CLAF are raising funds,managing legal aid funds,providing financial and material support for implementing legal aid projects,promoting legal aid system,and maintaining justice.
