摘　　要：党的二十大报告把“坚持中国特色社会主义道路”作为全面建设社会主义现代化国家前进道路上必须牢牢把握的5条重大原则之一。现代医院管理制度是中国特色基本医疗卫生制度的关键制度安排,是医疗服务现代化的内在要求。立足我国医院管理制度发展现状和时代要求,通过对坚持中国特色社会主义道路与现代医院管理制度的理论阐释,梳理现代医院管理制度建设的世界观和方法论,并提出路径建议。The report of 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China took“upholding to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics”as one of five major principles that must be firmly grasped in the way forward in building a modern socialist country in all respect.The modern hospital management system is a key institutional arrangement of the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics,and is an inherent requirement for the modernization of medical services.Based on the development status of China’s hospital management system and era’s demand,it implements and applies the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,sorts out the world view and methodology of the construction of modern hospital management system,and puts forward path suggestions.
