摘　　要：党的二十大报告将“坚持深化改革开放”作为全面建设社会主义现代化国家前进道路上必须牢牢把握的5条重大原则之一。公立医院治理现代化是推动医院高质量发展的关键环节。对坚持深化改革开放与公立医院治理体系、治理能力现代化作出理论阐释,并以问题为导向,采用“结构-过程-结果”层层深入的方法,分析治理体系机制、治理过程、治理效能3个方面存在的问题,探索公立医院治理现代化的路径,对实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有较强的理论意义和实践价值。At the report of 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,deepening reform and open⁃ing up was regarded as one of five major principles that must be firmly grasped in the way forward in of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The modernization of public hospital governance is the critical link to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.It made a theoretical interpretation of the deepening of reform and opening up and the modernization of the governance system and capacity of public hospitals.It took the research problem-oriented method of“structure-process-result”to analyze the problems in three aspects of the governance system mechanism,governance process,and governance efficiency.And then,it explored the path of governance modernization of public hospitals.It has vital theoretical significance and practical value for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
