摘　　要：大型公立医院一院多区建设是加快优质医疗资源扩容和区域均衡布局的战略选择。我国在一院多区建设上积累了丰富的经验,也出现了一些需要突破的问题。在新的历史时期,应把握一院多区协调发展的基本原则,抓住一院多区协调发展的重点任务,探索一院多区协调发展的路径,实现大型公立医院高质量发展,充分发挥大型公立医院在保障和改善民生中的支柱作用。The construction of one hospital in multiple areas for large public hospitals is a strategic choice to accelerate the expansion of high-quality medical resources and regional balanced layout.China has accumulated abundant experience in constructing one hospital in multiple areas,but there are also some problems that need to be tackled.In the new historical period,it is necessary to grasp the basic principle of coordinated development of one hospital in multiple areas,grasp the key task of coordinated development of one hospital in multiple areas,explore the path of coordinated development of one hospital in multiple areas,realize the high-quality development of large public hospitals,and give full play to the pillar role of large public hospitals in ensuring and improving people’slivelihood.
