摘　　要：在世界百年未有之大变局,逆全球化浪潮兴起、大国博弈加剧并叠加疫情冲击的背景下,中国和东盟需要加快构建经济合作的新发展格局,率先成为建设人类命运共同体的有力示范,全面展现新时代中国坚持多边主义和推进区域合作的决心,巩固中国—东盟全面战略伙伴关系,破解中国—东盟命运共同体建设的“治理赤字”“信任赤字”“和平赤字”“发展赤字”,形成具有竞争力的区域开放创新生态。Against the backdrop of unprecedented changes in a century, the rise of the wave of counterglobalization, intensified great power game and the shock of the epidemic, China and ASEAN need to accelerate the construction of a new development paradigm of economic cooperation, so that they can take the lead in becoming a powerful demonstration of building a community of shared future for mankind, fully demonstrate China’s determination to adhere to multilateralism and promote regional cooperation in the new era, consolidate China and ASEAN’s comprehensive strategic partnership, and resolve the “governance deficit”, “trust deficit”, “peace deficit” and “development deficit” in building a China-ASEAN community of shared future, so as to create a competitive ecosystem of regional opening-up.
