摘　　要：本文利用CHFS2017年和2019年的数据所构成的面板,通过理论分析和实证检验,考察了内生动力对相对贫困的影响和内在机制,并进一步探讨了公共转移支付的作用。研究发现,提高内生动力水平可以降低家庭相对贫困发生的概率。内生动力可以通过提升家庭收入、促进教育和健康人力资本积累来实现减贫。城镇家庭内生动力的提升带来的减贫作用显著,中青年户主家庭内生动力减贫作用更强,户主受教育水平在初中及初中以下的家庭,内生动力减贫作用要弱于全样本家庭。从财政扶贫政策角度来看,无条件的公共转移支付会削弱内生动力在降低相对贫困发生概率中的作用。因此,在相对贫困治理中,应采取行之有效的措施提升脱贫户内生动力水平,防止福利依赖以实现长效脱贫。Based on CHFS 2017 and 2019 panel data,this paper investigates the influence and internal mechanism of endogenous power on family relative poverty through theoretical and empirical analysis by using IV model.It is found that increasing the level of endogenous power can reduce the probability of family relative poverty.Endogenous power can reduce poverty by increasing household income and promoting human capital accumulation in education and health.The improvement of endogenous power of urban residents has a significant effect on poverty reduction.The effect of endogenous power on relative poverty reduction is more significant in young and middle-aged groups.The effect of endogenous power on poverty reduction of households headed by middle school or lower education level is weaker than that of the full sample households.From the perspective of financial poverty alleviation policy,unconditional public transfer payments weaken the role of endogenous power in reducing the probability of relative poverty.Therefore,in the future of relative poverty management,effective measures should be taken to improve the endogenous power level of the poverty-stricken households and prevent welfare dependence to achieve long-term poverty alleviation.
