摘  要:美国国会图书馆所藏孤本《烹鲜纪略》展示了清初知县崔鸣鷟在河津、仪封、偃师三县的施政作为。该书成书于康熙八至十八年间,恰逢清朝从乱到治的关键时期。作为县官的崔鸣鷟努力恢复当地社会秩序,缓和当时严峻的各项矛盾。该书记载了有关田赋征收、仓储建设、河务治理、漕粮改折、驿递经管等清初州县财政的重要事务,为研究清初华北县域治理提供了生动的素材。The only copy of PengxianJilue(《烹鲜纪略》,a short record of county administration)collected by the Library of Congress of USA contains valuable information about the experiences of Cui Mingzhuo(崔鸣鷟)as a county administrator in three counties during the early Qing period,namely Hejin(河津),Yifeng(仪封),and Yanshi(偃师).Coinciding with a key period of the Qing dynasty from chaos to stabilization,this book was written from the eighth to eighteenth years of the reign of Emperor Kangxi.In these years,CuiMingzhuo as a county magistrate made great efforts to restore order of the local society and moderate social conflicts.This book records his related practices concerning issues such as land taxation,storage construction,river management,tribute grain conversion into currency,post and delivery management,so on and so forth.Accordingly,vivid materials were provided for the study of the county governance in northern China in the early Qing period.
