摘　　要：乡村振兴与新型城镇化是不可分割的命运共同休,两大战略融合发展是实现我国经济高质量发展的必由之路。城乡融合发展必须破解农村人才短缺、城乡基础设施和公共服务设施配置失衡、产业发展脱节、要素双向流动体制机制不完善、生态环境存在差距等问题,科学规划,加强顶层设计,创新体制机制,实现城乡之间资源要素的双向流动,发挥政府与市场双重作用,激发城乡发展动力,构建现代产业体系,强化城乡发展产业支撑,推进城乡基本公共服务和基础设施一体化。Rural revitalization and new urbanization are inseparable destiny,the coordinated development of the two strategies is the only way to realize the high-quality economic development.The coordinated development of urban and rural areas must solve such problems as the shortage of rural talents,the imbalance in the allocation of urban and rural infrastructure and public service facilities,the disconnection of industrial development,the imperfect system and mechanism of two-way flow of factors,and the gap in ecological environment.Improving scientific planning,strengthening top-level design,innovating the system and mechanism,realizing the two-way flow of resources and factors between urban and rural areas,and giving full play to the dual role of the government and the market will stimulate the impetus for urban and rural development,build a modern industrial system,strengthen industrial support for urban and rural development,and promote the integration of basic public services and infrastructure in urban and rural areas.
