摘  要:随着我国基建事业的迅速发展,钢-混凝土组合梁桥在国内也取得了迅速的推广和应用。钢-混工字型组合梁安装施工技术要求快速、安全、优质,因此对于项目工程施工组织以及技术要求相对较高。文章以贵州省都匀至安顺公路第T27合同段杨武互通毛栗坡大桥为依托,对钢-混工字型组合梁安装施工技术进行研究。针对其环境复杂、施工场地限制且线形控制要求高等施工难题,对于钢梁吊装施工采取分节段制造及运输、临时支架搭设、移动式总拼装平台现场拼装等技术措施,解决了复杂环境下钢-混工字型组合梁安装的施工难题,为今后类似钢-混工字型组合梁吊装施工提供借鉴与参考。With the rapid development of China's infrastructure,steel-concrete composite beam bridge has also achieved rapid promotion and application in China.The technical requirements for the installation and construction of steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam are fast,safe and high-quality,so the construction organization and technical requirements for the project are relatively high.The article takes the Maolipo Bridge of Yangwu Interchange in the T27th contract section of Duyun-Anshun Highway in Guizhou Province as the basis,studies the installation and construction technology of steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam.In view of its complex environment,construction site restrictions and high requirements for alignment control,the technical measures for steel beam hoisting construction,such as segmental manufacturing and transportation,temporary support erection,and on-site assembly of mobile total assembly platform,were adopted to solve the construction problems of steel-concret I-beam installation in complex environment,which could provide reference for similar steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam hoisting construction in the future.
