摘  要:介绍了采用特殊粒度级配和生产方法,并增加石墨配入量而制成的UHP电炉用全碳基质DMT-20/T型MgO-C砖。该砖具有优越的抗氧化性,优异的抗组织结构劣化性和很高的抗侵蚀性,在FS-DS钢厂50t UHP电炉热点区和渣线部位使用,其寿命达573炉,比该厂过去最高炉龄的350炉提高63.7%,其损毁速度比本公司的DMT-18A型MgO-C砖降低18%以上。用后残砖显微结构研究的结果表明:全碳基质DMT-20/T型MgO-C砖的脱碳层厚度仅是传统的DMT-18A型MgO-C砖脱碳层的0.2~0.3倍,同时,该砖脱碳层与原砖层之间的基质内没有组织劣化现象。这可保证该产品具有较高的耐用性,适合在UHP电炉上使用。This paper introduces the all-carbon matrix DMT-20/T MgO-C brick for UHP electric furnace,which is made by adopting special grain size gradation and production method and increasing the amount of graphite.This brick has good resistance to oxidation,deterioration of tissue structure and erosion.It has been used in the hot area and slag line of 50 t UHP electric furnace in FS-DS steel plant,and its service life reaches 573 heats,which is 63.7%higher than that of 350 heats with the highest service life in the factory in the past,and its damage rate is 18%lower than that of our company's DMT-18A MgO-C brick.The results of microstructure study of residual brick show that the thickness of decarburized layer of all-carbon matrix DMT-20/T MgO-C brick is only 0.2~0.3 times that of traditional DMT-18A MgO-C brick,and there is no structure deterioration in the matrix between the decarburized layer and the original brick layer.This can ensure that the product has high durability and is suitable for use in UHP electric furnace.
