摘　　要：高炉铁水沟在高炉出铁过程中起到流通铁水的作用,在正常生产过程中对于铁水沟耐材的日常维护和保养至关重要。同时在高炉环保限产和生产异常时,必须停炉数日,这种状态下铁水沟耐材的维护和停产期间的保护关系到铁水沟耐材的后续安全运行和成本降低。本文就铁水沟维护过程中的一些日常操作要点进行了经验总结,对同行有一定的借鉴作用。The trough of the ironmaking plant plays a role in circulating molten iron during the tapping process of the blast furnace.It is very important for the daily maintenance and repair of the refractories of the trough in the normal production process.At the same time,the furnace must be shut down for several days when the production of the blast furnace is limited by environmental protection and abnormal production.In this state,the maintenance of the refractories in the trough and the protection during the shutdown are related to the subsequent safe operation and cost reduction of the refractories in the trough.This paper summarizes the experience of some daily operation points in the process of maintenance of trough,which can be used for reference by peers.
