摘　　要：介绍了涟钢通过对TGS石灰窑、麦尔兹窑原料采用分级入窑技术,成功取消了麦尔兹窑原来所配置的原料水洗工艺,解决了水污染问题,提高了原料利用率,改善了炉况并提高了产量。This paper introduced that the applicaiton of raw material graded charge technology in TGS lime kiln and Maerz kiln,which successfully cancels the original water washing process of Maerz kiln,solves the water pollution problem,improves the utilization rate of raw materials,improves the furnace condition and increases the output.
