电石渣制备消石灰在烟气脱硫中的应用研究

摘　　要：分别采用了干排、湿排电石渣制备出适合循环流化床干法烟气脱硫用的消石灰,通过TGA、SEM和BET等方式表征,并应用于循环流化床干法烟气脱硫。结果表明:将电石渣变废为宝、以废治废,不仅具有良好的经济效益,更符合国家循环经济理念,具有良好的社会效益。In this paper,dry-discharged and wet-discharged calcium carbide slag were used as raw materials to prepare sorbents suitable for dry desulfurization of circulating fluidized beds,which were characterized by indicators such as TGA,SEM and BET etc.The results show that it is not only of good economic benefit,but also of good social and political benefit to turn calcium carbide slag into treasure.
