摘  要:为阐明水稻种子休眠特性以及温度处理对种子休眠的影响,2021—2022年开展了水稻鲜种子与干种子的休眠程度和休眠期比较试验,以及温度处理破除种子休眠方法筛选试验。结果表明:水稻鲜种子比干种子休眠程度更重;晚稻比中稻的种子休眠程度更重,休眠期更长;最佳破除种子休眠的温度处理法是超干高温法和预温法。To understand the seed dormancy characteristics and the breaking dormancy method,the dormancy test of fresh and dry rice seed was compared,and different temperature effect on dormancy release was studied in 2021-2022.Results showed that dormancy of fresh seed was more severe than dry seed,late rice seed was more severe and longer dormancy period than medium rice seed,the best method to break dormancy was ultra-dry with high temperature treatment and preheating treatment.
