摘  要:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是一种含巯基的非必需氨基酸,在蛋白质合成、细胞代谢和氧化应激调节等多种生理和病理过程中不可或缺,与高血压、心血管疾病、帕金森病和慢性肾炎等疾病的发生和发展密切相关。因此,开发用于检测生物体中Hcy的新方法对于上述疾病的预防与治疗有重要意义。该文主要介绍了近年来Hcy的检测方法,重点阐述了电化学、光化学传感界面的构建及其材料,并进行了分类与归纳阐述。Homocysteine(Hcy)is a non-essential amino acid containing thiol,which is indispensable in a variety of physiological and pathological processes such as protein synthesis,cell metabolism and oxidative stress regulation,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases such as hypertension,cardiovascular disease,Parkinson's disease,and chronic nephritis.Therefore,the development of new methods for detecting Hcy in organisms is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of the above diseases.This article mainly introduces the detection methods of Hcy in recent years,focusing on the construction of electrochemical and photochemical sensing interfaces and their materials,and classifying and summarizing their related key points.
