摘　　要：【目的】探讨不同处理对扦插生根的影响,以期为甘肃陇南地区茶树扦插提供技术支撑。【方法】在甘肃陇南文县,以茶树‘龙井43’为试验材料,采用不同扦插时间、不同基质及不同外源激素处理。【结果】结果表明:(1)扦插时间对扦插生根率、生根长度、生根数量、生根指数均有极显著影响(p≤0.01)。(2)不同基质对龙井43扦插生根影响显著,其中基质1(泥炭:珍珠岩=5:1)扦插生根率最高,达到65.33%,基质2(跖石:珍珠岩=5:1)扦插生根率最低。基质1最适宜龙井43扦插。(3)激素浓度对生根率、生根数以及生根指数影响显著,对平均根长无显著影响,激素种类和浸泡时间对四个指标无显著影响。【结论】最适宜龙井43扦插的季节为夏季,基质为基质1(泥炭:珍珠岩=5:1),最适宜龙井43扦插的激素处理方式为200 mg·L^(-1)ABT浸泡1 h。【Objective】Exploring the effect of different treatments on the rooting of cuttings,in order to provide technical support for the development of tea industry in Longnan area.【Method】Longjing 43 in Wenxian,Longnan,Gansu province was used as the test material,and different cutting times,different substrates and different exogenous hormone treatments were used to explore the effects of different treatments on cutting rooting.【Result】The results showed that:(1)The cutting time had a significant effect on the rooting rate,rooting length,rooting number and rooting index(p≤0.01).(2)Different substrates have a significant effect on the rooting of Longjing 43 cuttings.Among them,the rooting rate of substrate 1(peat:perlite=5:1)is the highest,reaching 65.33%,and the rooting rate of substrate 2(plantar stone:perlite=5:1)is the lowest.(3)Hormone concentration has a significant effect on rooting rate,rooting number and rooting index,but has no significant effect on average root length.Hormone type and soaking time have no significant effect on the four indicators.【Conclusion】The most suitable season for Longjing 43 cuttings was summer,substrate 1 is the most suitable substrate.And the most suitable combination for Longjing 43 cuttings is ABT 200 mg·L^(-1) with soaking time 1 h.
