摘  要:林业种苗的培育与林业建设有密切关系,对林业育林、绿化等具有重要作用,现阶段科技发展速度不断加快,林业种苗的生产与管理已经得到了社会的高度关注。尤其是种苗质量,已成为林业建设发展的首要条件,目前,林业种苗生产已形成由数量型向质量型转变的必然趋势,坚持科学育种,通过现代化手段提高种苗的质量和种苗的存活率,有效保证了市场环境合理有序以及市场化需求的平衡。文章对辽宁省林木种苗行业的生产现状、主要成效及进展进行了阐述,分析了制约辽宁省种苗行业发展的影响因素,提出在新形势下种苗工作的发展思路和具体措施,对开创辽宁种苗新局面、促进辽宁种苗工作健康有序发展具有一定的借鉴作用。The cultivation of forestry seedlings is closely related to forestry construction,which plays an important role in forestry cultivation and afforestation.At present,the development speed of science and technology is accelerating,and the production and management of forestry seedlings has been highly concerned by the society.Especially seedling quality,has become the primary condition of the construction and development of forestry,at present,forestry seedling production has formed an inevitable trend from quantity-based to quality-based transformation.Insist on scientific breeding,improve the quality and survival rate of seedlings through modern means,and effectively ensure a reasonable and orderly market environment and a balance of market-oriented demand.This paper elaborated on the production status,main results and progress of the forestry seedling industry,analyzed the influencing factors that restrict the development of the seedling industry in Liaoning Province,and proposed development ideas and specific measures for seedling work in the new situation,which will be useful for promoting the healthy and orderly development of seedling work in Liaoning Province.
