摘　　要：本文介绍了使用C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈/水=70/30(V/V)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,波长260 nm,对氯虫苯甲酰胺和虱螨脲进行分离和同时定量分析。分析结果表明:氯虫苯甲酰胺的线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.61%,平均回收率为100.11%;虱螨脲的线性相关系数为0.9997,变异系数为1.20%,平均回收率为100.30%。This paper describes a method for the simultaneous determination of Chlorantraniliprole and Lufenuron using C_(18) column,ACN/H_(2)O=70/30(V/V)as mobile phase,and DAD at wavelength 260 nm.The analysis results show that a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and 0.9997,a CV of 0.61%and 1.20%,and a average recovery of 100.11%and 100.30%was obtained for chlorantraniliprole and lufenuron,respectively.
