摘  要:目的:通过研究当归根水浸液对膜荚黄芪、板蓝根、党参和王不留行的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,选择当归的适宜倒茬品种。方法:采用生物测定法,研究不同浓度梯度当归根浸提液对四种药材种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果:当归根水浸液对四种药材呈现“低促高抑”效应,且对发芽整齐度的影响大于发芽率,对根长的影响大于苗高,化感效应与处理浓度呈正相关。四种药材的化感物质的敏感性为:党参>黄芪>板蓝根>王不留行。结论:在选择当归倒茬品种时,应优先选择王不留行和板蓝根。Objective:In order to select suitable rotation varieties of Angelica sinensis,the seed germination and seedling growth of Astragalus membranaceus,Isatis tinctoria,Codonopsis pilosula and Vaccaria segetalis were studied with different concentrations of A.sinensis root extracts.Methods:The effects of A.sinensis root extracts with different concentration gradients on seed germination and seedling growth of four medicinal materials were studied by bioassay method.Results:Different concentration of water extraction of Angelica sinensis root had a "low promoting and high inhibiting" effects on four kinds of herb plants,and its effect on germination potential was greater than that of germination rate.And all root lengths of herbs were greater than that of seedling height.The allelopathic effects were positively correlated with treatment concentrations.The sensitivities of allelochemicals of four herbs were Codonopsis pilosula A.membranaceus I.tinctoria V.segetalis.Conclusion:The suitable rotation variaties of A.sinensis were V.segetalis and I.tinctoria.
