摘  要:目的:探明茶树新品种‘戚家美铭’的亲缘关系。方法:以‘戚家美铭’和同其栽种于同一茶园的两个茶树品种‘鸠坑’和‘乌牛早’,以及叶片形状类似的近似品种‘嘉茗一号’作为研究对象,利用21对SSR引物对其进行聚类分析。结果:21对引物共扩增出102个条带,每个SSR位点的观测等位基因数为2~7个,平均值为4.857 1,多态性达到100%,Shannon多态性信息指数范围在1.906 2~0.693 1,平均值为1.449 5,‘戚家美铭’与‘鸠坑’的遗传距离为1.343 7、遗传相似系数为0.260 9。结论:确定‘戚家美铭’是‘鸠坑’的自然杂交后代。Objective:To explore the genetic relationship of the new tea variety 'Qijiameiming'.Methods:Selecting two tea varieties 'Jiukeng' and 'Wuniuzao' planted in the same tea plantation as 'Qijiameiming' and a similar variety with similar leaf shape 'Jiaming No.1' as research objects and using 21 pairs of SSR primers to make cluster analysis.Results:The results showed that the 21 primer pairs amplified a total of 102 bands with 2 ~ 7 observed alleles per SSR locus,with an average of 4.857 1.The polymorphism reached 100% and the Shannon polymorphism information index ranged from 1.906 2 to 0.693 1with an average of 1.449 5.The genetic distance between 'Qijiameiming' and 'Jiukeng' was 1.343 7 and the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.260 9.Conclusion:It is determined that 'Qijiameiming' is the natural hybrid offspring of 'Jiukeng'.
