摘  要:过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))是最简单的过氧化物之一。人体内平衡的H_(2)O_(2)保证了细胞正常的生理功能和信号传导,而过量的H_(2)O_(2)则会造成细胞氧化损伤并引起各种身体疾病,例如阿尔茨海默症、心血管功能障碍,甚至癌症。因此,开发准确、灵敏的H_(2)O_(2)电化学传感器具有重要意义。该文介绍了H_(2)O_(2)电化学传感器的研究进展,重点介绍了基于非酶材料H_(2)O_(2)电化学传感器的制备方法、性能及应用。Hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)is one of the simplest peroxides.The homeostasis of H_2O_2in human body ensures the normal physiological function and signal transduction of cells,while excessive H_2O_2will cause oxidative damage to cells and various physical diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease,cardiovascular dysfunction,and even cancer.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop electrochemical sensors as accurate and sensitive methods for detection of H_2O_2.This paper introduces the research progress of H_2O_2electrochemical sensors,focusing on the preparation,performance,and application of the sensors based on non-enzymatic materials.
