摘 要:纳米酶是一类模拟天然酶活性的纳米材料,它具有天然酶的特异性,且纳米酶的性质更稳定、适用范围更广。其中贵金属纳米酶有高且可调节的催化活性、较好的生物相容性以及易于表面修饰等优点,而被用于重金属检测。贵金属纳米酶与电化学检测或比色检测法等结合,共同分析重金属离子的检测方法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快等优点,有望实现快速、简便检测重金属离子。该文主要总结了贵金属纳米酶在重金属离子检测方面的应用现状,并展望了其在重金属离子检测方面的发展前景。Heavy metal ions discharged into the environment will be enriched along the food chain,causing serious damage to animals and human.Therefore,the researchers are committed to developing simple and accurate detection methods for heavy metal ions.Nanozymes are a class of inorganic nanomaterials that mimic the activity of natural enzymes.They possess the specificity of natural enzymes,so they can only catalyze specific substrates.Compared with natural enzymes,nanozymes have advantages of stable performance,a wide range of applications,simple preparation,easy storage and transportation.Among them,noble metal nanozymes own the merits of stable performance,high and adjustable catalytic activity,good biocompatibility,and easy surface modification,which makes them have good application prospects in heavy metal detection.Based on the combination of noble metal nanozymes and electrochemical detection or colorimetric detection,the detection methods of co-analyzing heavy metal ions are in possession of high sensitivity,fast analysis,simple operation and sample preparation,etc.And it is expected to detect heavy metal ions quickly and easily.In this paper,application of noble metal nanozyme in detection of heavy metal ions were summarized,and it owned prospects in heavy metal ions detection.
