摘 要:为明确石榴生产中常用的6种杀虫剂对棉蚜的防治效果,开展其毒力测定及田间防效试验。本文采用浸叶法48 h室内毒力试验,结果表明,20%啶虫脒对棉蚜毒力最大,25%吡蚜酮毒力最低,48 h LC50分别为36.6578 mg/L和352.2443 mg/L。6种药剂毒力大小依次为啶虫脒>氟啶虫胺腈>吡虫啉>噻虫嗪>高效氯氟氰菊酯>吡蚜酮。田间防效试验结果表明,6种药剂在试验剂量下使用安全无药害,对棉蚜均有一定的防效,70%吡虫啉速效性最好,第1d防效为87.48%,与其他药剂有显著性差异;25%吡蚜酮速效性较差,第1 d防效仅为32.98%;22%氟啶虫胺腈持效性最好,第14 d防效为98.73%,与其他药剂有极显著性差异;10%高效氯氟氰菊酯持效性较差,第14 d仅为42.22%。因此,生产中选用防治棉蚜药剂应兼具持效性和速效性,可选择啶虫脒或氟啶虫胺腈使用,高效氯氟氰菊酯和吡蚜酮不建议作为单剂使用。In order to determine the control effect of six insecticides used in pomegranate production on Aphis gossypii,the toxicity test and field control experiments were carried out.The toxicity test was carried out by leaf soaking method in the laboratory for 48 hours.The results showed that 20%acetamiprid had the highest toxicity to A.gossypii and 25%pyrazone had the lowest toxicity,with LC50 values of 36.6578 mg/L and 352.2443 mg/L at 48 h,respectively.The order of toxicity of the six pesticides was acetamiprid>fluacetamivir>imidacloprid>thiamethoxam>cyhalothrin>pymetrozine.The results of field control test showed that the six pesticides were safe and harmless at the test dosage,and had certain control effect on the A.gossypii,70%imidacloprid was the best,and the control effect was 87.48%on the first day,which was significantly different from other pesticides;The effective rate of 25%pymetrozine was poor,and the control effect was only 32.98%on the first day;22%fipronil had the best persistence,and the control effect was 98.73%on the 14th day;the retention of 10%beta cyhalothrin was poor,only 42.22%on the 14th day.Therefore,the pesticides used to control the A.gossypii in production should be both effective and quick acting.Acetamiprid or fluacetamipril can be used optionally.Cyhalothrin and pymetrozine are not recommended to be used as single agents.
