摘  要:本试验旨在研究茶多肽对哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化指标及免疫和抗氧化性能的影响。选取体况、胎次及预产期相近的健康长白×大白二元母猪12头,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加20 g/(d·头)茶多肽。试验从母猪产前7 d开始,至产后21 d结束。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组母猪的产活仔数、仔猪初生个体重和初生窝重有提高趋势,分别提高了4.22%、10.43%和2.41%(P>0.05);2)与对照组相比,试验组仔猪21日龄个体重、21日龄窝重和窝平均日增重分别增加了0.91%、0.90%和0.38%(P>0.05),但仔猪个体平均日增重却下降了2.36%(P>0.05);3)与对照组相比,试验组母猪血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著增高了1.63%(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量有提高趋势,分别提高了0.89%和11.57%(P>0.05),尿素氮(UN)含量显著降低了22.32%(P<0.05);4)与对照组相比,试验组母猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高了11.19%(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量有提高趋势,高于对照组16.67%(P>0.05);5)与对照组相比,试验组母猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活力分别显著提高了15.86%及18.95%(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量有降低趋势,低于对照组18.02%。综上所述,哺乳母猪饲粮中添加20g/(d·头)茶多肽可一定程度上改善哺乳母猪生产性能,促进蛋白质合成代谢,增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of tea polypeptides on production performance,serum biochemical index,immune and antioxidant performance of lactating sows.A total of 12 healthy Landrace×Yorkshire binary sows with similar body condition,parity and expected date of delivery were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group feeding basal diet,trial group adding 20 g/(d·pig)tea polypeptides on the basis of diet.The trial period was from 7 d before delivery to postpartum 21 d.The results showed as follows:1)Compared with the control group,the number of piglets born alive,birth individual body weight and birth litter weight in the trial group were increased by 4.22%,10.43%and 2.41%(P>0.05),respectively;2)Compared with the control group,the individual body weight of 21-day-old piglets,litter weight of 21-day-old piglets and average litter daily weight gain of piglets in the trial group were increased by 0.91%(P>0.05),0.90%(P>0.05)and 0.38%(P>0.05),respectively,and the average individual daily weight gain of piglets in the trial group was decreased by 2.36%(P>0.05);3)Compared with the control group,the serum contents of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and glucose(GLU)of sows in the trial group were increased by 1.63%(P<0.05),0.89%(P>0.05)and 11.57%(P>0.05),respectively,and the serum urea nitroge(UN)content of sows in the trial group was significantly decreased by 22.32%(P<0.05);4)Compared with the control group,the serum contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)of sows in the trial group were increased by 16.67%(P>0.05)and 11.19%(P<0.05),respectively;5)Compared with the control group,the activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of sows in the trial group were significantly increased by 15.86%and 18.95%(P<0.05),respectively,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was decreased by 18.02%(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary adding 20 g/(d·pig)tea polypeptides could improve production performance,promote protein synthesis,enhance immune funct
