摘  要:为确定最适宜长白山区茖葱(Allium victoralis L.)林下仿生栽培的光照强度,以吉林省长白山区敦化林下仿生栽培茖葱种群为试验材料,探究不同光照强度对林下仿生栽培茖葱生物量、营养品质与产量的影响。结果表明,光照强度的降低在一定程度上促进了仿生栽培茖葱各部分干重的增加。50%自然光照下的各部分干重均高于其它处理,其根系、假茎与叶片干重最终分别为对照组的1.10、1.11与1.18倍。50%自然光照处理也促进了营养物质含量的增加,该处理下的β-胡萝卜素、可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照组显著增加了53.0%、14.2%与14.0%,其维生素C与总黄酮含量也分别比对照组高11.5%与4.8%。此外,仿生栽培茖葱在50%自然光照下的产量也高于其它处理,但与对照组与70%自然光照处理组相比,50%与30%自然光照下的纤维素含量较低,改善了林下仿生栽培茖葱的口感。综上所述,50%自然光照处理为长白山区茖葱林下仿生栽培的最佳光照处理。To determine the most appropriate light intensity treatment for the bionic cultivation of Allium victoralis L.under forest from the Changbai Mountains,the bionic cultivated A.victoralis L.population under forest in Dunhua,from the Changbai Mountains,Jilin province was selected to investigate the effect of different light intensities on biomass,nutritional quality and yield of the bionic cultivated A.victoralis.The results showed that low light intensity can promote the dry weight of each part of the plantlet of the bionic cultivated A.victorialis to some extent.The dry weight under the 50%natural light intensity treatment was higher than the dry weight under the other treatments,the root,pseudostem and leaf dry weight under 50%natural light intensity treatment was 1.10,1.11 and 1.18 times of the control group.The nutrient contents can also be promoted under the 50%natural light treatment.Theβ-carotene,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents under this treatment were all significantly higher than the control group,increasing by 53.0%,14.2%and 14.0%respectively,the vitamin C and total flavonoid contents were 4.8%and 14.2%higher than the control group respectively.In addition,the yield of the bionic cultivated A.victorialis under 50%natural light intensity was also higher than the other treatments,but compared to the control group and 70%natural light intensity treatment,the crude fiber content under 50%and 30%natural light intensity treatments was lower,which could improve the delicious taste of the bionic cultivation of A.victoralis under forest.In summary,the 50%natural light intensity treatment was the most appropriate treatment for the bionic cultivation of A.victoralis under forest in the Changbai Mountains.
