摘 要:为了推广重庆地区大豆种植,提高大豆产业的机械化发展,结合大豆播种需求,设计了一种窝眼轮式大豆排种器,并介绍了排种器结构及工作原理,根据大豆的几何参数和播种要求,设计计算出排种器的结构参数。以合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数和播种性能指数作为评价指标,采用EDEM软件进行仿真试验,先通过单因素试验确定型孔直径在18 mm左右时,排种器工作性能最佳,再以型孔直径、排种器转速和窝眼轮与毛刷的传动比为试验因素,采用三因素三水平正交旋转组合设计,建立试验因素与评价指标之间的响应面回归模型,结果表明:各因素影响播种性能指数的顺序为型孔直径、窝眼轮转速和毛刷与窝眼轮的传动比。经多目标参数优化后得出:当型孔直径为18.4 mm、窝眼轮转速为44 r/min、毛刷和窝眼轮转动比为2.2时,合格指数为83.3%、重播指数为9.7%、漏播指数为7%、播种性能指数为87.2%,排种器播种性能最佳,各项指标满足农艺要求,可以为窝眼轮式大豆排种器设计提供参考。In order to promote soybean cultivation in Chongqing region and improve the mechanization development of soybean industry.In combination with soybean planting requirements,a kind of nest-eye wheel type soybean seed-metering device was designed.The structure and working principle of the nest-eye wheel soybean seed-metering device were also introduced in this paper.According to the geometric parameters and sowing requirements of soybean,the structure parameters were designed and calculated.Using the qualified index,rebroadcast index,missing seeding index and seeding performance index as the evaluation indexes.Simulation tests were performed using EDEM software.Firstly,the single factor test was conducted to determine the best performance of the seed arrangement when the diameter of the type hole was about 18mm.Then,the diameter of the type hole,the speed of the seed arrangement and the transmission ratio of the nest-eye wheel to the brush were taken as test factors.the response surface regression model between the test factors and the evaluation index was established by the orthogonal rotation combination design of three-factors and three-levels.The results showed that the order of influencing the sowing performance index of each factor was the diameter of the type hole,the rotation speed of the socket wheel and the transmission ratio of the nest-eye wheel to the brush.After the multi-objective parameter optimization,it is concluded that:When the diameter of the mold hole was 18.4mm,the speed of the seed-metering device was 44r/min,and the transmission ratio of brush and nest-eye wheel was 2.2,the qualified index was 83.3%,the rebroadcast index was 9.7%,the missing seeding index was 7%,and the seeding performance index was 87.2%.The performance of seed-metering device was the best,and all the indexes met the agronomic requirements,which could provide reference for the design of nest-eye wheel soybean seed-metering device.
