摘　　要：目的研究常州市某三甲医院医护人员心理满意度,为医护人员更好地投入工作提供参考。方法采用问卷网发放问卷,应用情感平衡量表和生命意义感量表分析342名医护人员一般资料与情感平衡得分的相关性,分析情感平衡量表总分与生命意义感2个维度的相关性。结果医护人员的年龄、性别、工作年限、职称、学历与情感平衡无相关;生命意义感与情感平衡呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论不同年龄、性别、工作年限、职称、学历的医护人员都存在情感平衡得分低的情况,提示要通过建立切实可行的人生目标来提高医护人员的心理满意度。Objective To study the psychological satisfaction of medical staff in a Class III hospital in Changzhou and provide reference for medical staff to better participate in work.Method The question⁃naire was distributed through the questionnaire network,and the correlation between the general informa⁃tion of 342 medical and nursing staff and the emotional balance score was analyzed by using the emotional balance scale and the sense of life significance scale,and the correlation between the total score of the emotional balance scale and the two dimensions of the sense of life significance was analyzed.Results There was no correlation between the age,sex,working years,professional title,educational background and emotional balance of medical staff;The sense of meaning of life was negatively correlated with emotion⁃al balance(P<0.01).Conclusion Medical staff of any age,gender,working years,professional title and ed⁃ucation have insufficient sense of meaning of life.They need to help them establish goals and meaning of life,so that their psychological satisfaction can be higher.However,they should not aim too high,but will reduce their psychological satisfaction.It is advisable to work hard to achieve goals that are intense.
