摘  要:探究重金属镉(Cd)胁迫下深色有隔内生真菌(Dark septate endophytes,DSE)对樟子松生长和土壤环境的影响,为重金属污染土地的有效治理和生物修复提供参考。采用盆栽试验法,研究不同浓度Cd胁迫下,接种A041对樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)幼苗生长指标、生理指标、根际土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性的变化影响。研究表明,与不接种相比,在土壤Cd浓度为5.0 mmol/L时DSE对樟子松的促生作用最显著,使樟子松的株高、地径分别提高了12.59%和13.13%;在Cd胁迫下,DSE不同程度提高幼苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,最高分别可达217.95%、43.06%、100.00%和235.38%;接种DSE可显著降低丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)和游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量,最高分别为150.00%、8.05%和73.78%;DSE能提高土壤有机质(OM)、土壤全氮(TN)、有效氮(AN)、全磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)、全钾(TK)和有效钾(AK)含量,最高分别增加25.41%、32.39%、17.46%、50.92%、77.97%、46.22%和30.87%;DSE还能不同程度地提高脲酶(S-UE)、蔗糖酶(S-SC)和过氧化氢酶(S-CAT)的含量,最高分别可达80.94%、43.45%和10.75%。结果表明,接种DSE能显著促进樟子松苗木生长,增强土壤养分利用性,提高植物对重金属Cd的抵抗能力和抗逆性。To explore the effects of dark septate endophytic(DSE)on growth of plant and soil environments under Cd stress,it provided a reference for the effective treatment and bioremediation of heavy metal contaminated land.The pot experiment was used to study the effects of A041 inoculation on the growth indexes,physiological indexes,rhizosphere soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity of seedlings P.sylvestris var.mongolica under different concentrations of Cd stress.Compared with no inoculation,the growth promotion effect of DSE was the most significant at 5.0 mmol/L soil Cd concentration,which increased plant height and ground diameter by 12.59%and 13.13%,respectively.Under Cd stress,the contents of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)of seedlings were increased by DSE to 217.95%,43.06%,100.00%and 235.38%,respectively.Inoculation with DSE could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar(SS)and determination of free proline by ninhydrin method(PRO)with the highest of 150.00%,8.05%and 73.78%,respectively.DSE could increase the contents of soil organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN),total phosphorus(TP),available phosphorus(AP),total potassium(TK)and available potassium(AK)by 25.41%,32.39%,17.46%,50.92%,77.97%,46.22%and 30.87%,respectively.DSE could also increase S-UE,S-SC and S-CAT to 80.94%,43.45%and 10.75%,respectively.The results showed that inoculation of DSE significantly promoted plant growth,increased soil nutrient availability,improved the resistance and stress resistance of plants to heavy metal Cd.
