摘　　要：精准供给是公共体育服务高质量发展的内在要求。以数智技术为依托,促进公共体育服务精准供给,是公共体育服务现代化的体现。结合“结构-过程”分析范式,探讨数智驱动公共体育服务精准供给的内在逻辑、运行框架和实践进路。研究认为,数智技术以系统理念和应用手段赋能公共体育服务供给,为结构要素提供新的组合规制和功能效用,改进运行过程联动机制,提高供给质效;多层级“实体+虚拟”“线上+线下”的应用架构,使需求识别精细化、主体协同智能化、内容方式多元化、评估反馈具体化,形成需求识别、供给决策、组织实施、评价反馈等方面有机衔接的闭环体系;发挥数智作用,推动公共体育服务精准供给,要推进公共服务数字基础设施的全面建设,加强数智化公共体育服务的政策引导,完善体育资源数字化的转化机制,强化全要素网络化联接应用场景。Precision supply is an intrinsic requirement for the high-quality development of public sports services.Relying on numerical and intellectual technologies to promote the accurate supply of public sports services is an embodiment of the modernization of public sports services.Based on the“structure-process”analysis paradigm,this paper explored into the intrinsic logic,operational framework and practical measures of numerical intelligence-driven accurate supply of public sports services.It was concluded that the digital intelligence technology,with its systematic concept and application means,could empower the public sports service supply,provide new combination regulation and functional utility for the structural elements,improve the linkage mechanism of operation process,and improve the quality and efficiency of supply.The application structure of multilevel“entity+virtual”and“online+offline”brought the demand identification more refined,subject collaborative intelligent,content method diversified,evaluation and feedback concrete,forming a closed-loop system of organic linkage in the demand identification,supply decision-making,organization implementation,evaluation and feedback,giving full play to the role of digital intelligence and promoting the precise supply of public sports services.In the future,the comprehensive construction of digital infrastructure for the public services should be promoted,the policy guidance of digitalized public sports services should be strengthened,the transformation mechanism of digital sports resources should be improved,and the application scenarios of all-factor network connection should be reinforced.
