摘　　要：痤疮虽为皮肤科常见疾病,常因内分泌失调引起,是毛囊和皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病。魏子孝主任医师,中国中医科学院内分泌科学术带头人,从事临床工作50余年,具有从天癸节律性角度来诊治痤疮的临床经验,文中对于魏子孝教授认识的痤疮的病因病机、治疗方法及选方用药方面进行了总结。Acne is a common disease in dermatology,and is often caused by endocrine disorders.It is a chronic inflammatory disease of hair follicle and sebaceous gland.Chief physician Wei Zixiao,academic leader of Department of Endocrinology,Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,has been engaged in clinical work for more than 50 years.He has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acne from the angle of Tiangui rhythm.This paper summarized Professor Wei′s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of acne as well as his treatment methods and drug selection.
