图式理论视域下《金匮要略》病证名英译研究

摘　　要：中医病证名是中医对疾病认知的概念概括,反映了中医药独特的理论体系,与西医疾病名称相似,均为不同语言文化背景下人们对疾病认知的反映。文中以《金匮要略》中的代表性中医病证名为例,探讨了图式理论视域下中医病证名的分类(图式重合类、图式相似类和图式冲突类),并分析了以上三类病证名的图式翻译策略及方法。对于图式重合类病证名,应用借译法激活图式;对于图式相似类病证名,应用直译法调整图式;对于图式冲突类病证名,应用意译法重建图式。在此基础上,梳理了图式理论视域下中医病证名的英译综合模式,以期为中医病证术语英译研究提供借鉴。The disease and syndrome terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the embodiment of unique TCM theories,reflect how the concepts of diseases are formed in different cultures together with the disease terms of Western medicine.Focusing on the representative disease and syndrome terms in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),we elaborated on the classification of the terms from the perspective of schema theory(i.e.,schema overlap,schema similarity,and schema conflict)and the translation strategies and methods for the terms of the three types.For the terms of schema overlap,western medicine terms can be used to activate the schemata;for the terms of schema similarity,literal translation method can be employed to adjust the schemata;for the terms of schema conflict,free translation method can be adopted to reconstruct the schemata.On this basis,this paper sorts out the comprehensive model for the English translation of TCM disease and syndrome terms from the perspective of schema theory,with a view to providing reference for the study of English translation of TCM disease and syndrome terms.
