基于产教融合、协同育人的应用型人才培养模式创新探究

摘　　要：产教融合涉及学校、企业、专家、教师、学生、课程、技能等多方面的内容,是应用型本科院校为提高应用型人才培养质量与产业界开展的合作关系。针对企业在合作中积极性不高、融合深度不够、合作模式单一等困惑问题,提出了产教融合应用型人才培养创新发展对策,即实事求是、尊重规律和因地制宜。并从人才培养方案、课程体系建设、师资建设、平台建设等多方位构建基于产教融合的应用型人才培养模式。The integration of industry and education involves schools,enterprises,experts,teachers,students,courses,skills and other aspects.It is a cooperative relationship between applied undergraduate colleges and industries in order to improve the quality of applied talents training.In view of enterprises'low enthusiasm in cooperation,lack of depth of integration,single mode of cooperation and other perplexing problems,put forward the integration of industry and education applied talents training innovation and development countermeasures,namely,seek truth from facts,respect the law and adapt to local conditions.And from the personnel training program,curriculum system construction,teacher construction,platform construction and other aspects of the construction of application-oriented personnel training mode based on the integration of production and education.
