摘　　要：论文从已经公开的习近平内参批示入手,描述和论证了习近平内参批示在不同地方、不同层级的历史轨迹与语境呈现以及内参思想主线,从而展示了习近平的领导风范、领导水平及其人格魅力。论文认为,习近平继承和弘扬了我党高层领导重视内参及其工作的优良传统,内参阅批反映了习近平治国理政的思路和风格,折射出了习近平对党和人民高度负责的担当和使命。Starting from Xi Jinping's internal reference instructions of recent years,which are publicly available but extremely difficult to collect,this paper describes and argues the historical trajectory and contextual presentation of his internal reference instructions in different places and at different levels of government,as well as the main thread of his thought on internal reference instructions.The research thus demonstrates Xi's leadership style,leadership capabilities,and personal charm as a senior leading cadre.It argues that Xi Jinping has inherited and carried forward the fine tradition of our Party's top leaders in attaching importance to internal reference instructions and their work,and that the instructions for internal reference reflect Xi Jinping's thought and style of governance,revealing his highly responsible role and mission to the Party and the people.
