婚姻法中婚姻无效制度探析——以涉侨婚姻案例为例

摘　　要：家庭作为社会发展中的基本单位,社会的可持续稳定发展与家庭的稳定性具有直接关系,家庭的稳定性发展不仅需要道德进行参与,同时,也需要提供相关的法律制度作为基础保障。借助法律约束维护家庭婚姻的稳定性,已经成为当前社会管理秩序与推进社会稳定发展的重要手段。通过对婚姻法进行研究,厘清在婚姻家庭法律制度中婚姻无效的意义与相关制度,加强法院对特殊类婚姻案件涉侨婚姻案件的处理能力,达到维护婚姻家庭的稳定性与维护社会发展稳定性的目的。The family is viewed as the basic unit in social development,and its stability is directly related to the sustainable and stable development of society.Moreover,the stable development of the family requires not only moral participation,but also the provision of relevant legal systems as a basic guarantee.For the present,maintaining the stability of family and marriage by means of legal constraints has become an important means of social management order and of promoting social stability and development.To this regard,this paper explores the significance of invalid marriage and related systems in the marriage and family legal system,so as to maintain the stability of marriage and family,as well as the stability of social development.
