摘　　要：实施长三角一体化发展国家战略,是党中央立足全国发展大局做出的重大决策部署。长三角地理上位置相邻,经济上互相依存,交通上互联互通,文化上高度融合,具有建设社科普及共同体良好的基础条件。社科普及共同体涉及整个区域多方面的趋同现象,特别是以文化习俗为重,区域一体化发展背景下长三角社科普及共同体具备现实基础,应运用迅速发展的信息化构建超大区域发展群。The implementation of the national strategy for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee based on the overall situation of national development.Yangtze River Delta areas are geographically adjacent,economically interdependent,interconnected in transportation and highly culturally integrated,having good basic conditions for building a community of social science popularization.The Community of social science popularization,involving various convergence phenomena throughout the region,especially the emphasis on cultural practices,should focus on cultural customs.For the present,solid foundation in reality has been equipped with for the construction of social science popularization community in Yangtze River Delta under the background of regional integration development;therefore,the rapid development of information technology should be used to build a large regional development cluster.
