摘　　要：文章旨在明确地理空间数据全生命周期管理的概念内涵,运用该理论规范政府部门地理空间数据管理。文章运用案例研究方法,对湖南省地理空间数据管理现状进行研究,分析了不同部门在数据管理中扮演的角色和需求;在此基础上,通过梳理数据生命周期理论,构建了地理空间数据全生命周期管理模型。最后,文章以“湖南自然资源智慧平台”为例,基于该模型实现地理空间数据规划、采集、整合、保存、利用等各阶段有效管理,从而提升地理空间数据的管理水平、应用效率和服务保障能力。The concepts of life cycle management of the geospatial data plays an important role for regulation of the government data set.In this paper,the case study of Hunan province was carried out.The roles and demands of different departments were analyzed.On this basis,the full lifecycle management model of geospatial data was constructed from the data life cycle theory.At last,the paper took"Hunan Natural Resources intelligent platform"as an example,based on this model,to achieve effective management of geospatial data planning,collection,integration,storage and use,so as to improve the management level,application efficiency and service guarantee ability of geospatial data.
