摘  要:建设中的旭龙水电站因其砂石加工系统毗邻Ⅱ类水质河道,生产废水无法直接排放,需要处理后进行回用,以实现废水“零排放”的要求。以旭龙水电站混凝土生产现场所使用的花岗岩、角闪岩作为絮凝研究对象,比较了聚合氯化铝(PAC)与4种不同类型的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)絮凝剂对含固体悬浮物(SS)废水的絮凝处理效果,通过单因素条件试验确定了PAC和PAM投加量、快速搅拌时间、快速搅拌转速对悬浮物处理效果的影响,并通过响应面试验确定花岗岩、角闪岩模拟SS废水的最佳絮凝条件。结果表明:花岗岩、角闪岩模拟SS废水的Zeta电位均为负电荷,使用PAC与阳离子型PAM的组合对模拟SS废水的处理效果最好;基于单因子条件参数的最优范围设计的响应面试验确定,角闪岩模拟SS废水在最佳絮凝条件为PAM投加量6.03 mg/L、PAC投加量27.15 mg/L、快速搅拌转速90 r/min、快速搅拌时间60 s时,处理后透光率可达到97.5%,花岗岩模拟SS废水在最佳絮凝条件为PAM投加量3.75 mg/L、PAC投加量154.33 mg/L、快速搅拌转速90 r/min、搅拌时间95 s时,处理后透光率达到96.2%。The sand and gravel processing system of Xulong hydropower station which is under construction is adjacent to Class II water quality river.So the wastewater produced during the production cannot be directly discharged,and should be reused after treatment to meet the requirement of“zero discharge”of wastewater.The granite and amphibolite used in the concrete production site of Xulong hydropower station are taken as the flocculation research objects.The flocculation treatment effects of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and four different types of polyacrylamide(PAM)flocculants on the wastewater containing suspended solids(SS)are compared.Factor condition experiments are carried out to explore the effects of PAC dosage,PAM dosage,fast stirring time,and fast stirring speed on the treatment effect,and the optimal treatment conditions for granite and amphibolite simulated SS wastewater are determined by response surface methodology.The results shows that Zeta of these simulated SS wastewater are both negative charges,the combination of PAC and cationic PAM have the best effect on the treatment of SS wastewater.The results of the response surface design prove that the best operating condition for amphibolite samples are 6.03 mg/L PAM and 27.15 mg/L PAC dosage with 90 r/min fast stirring 60 s,and the transmittance is 97.5%.To granite,the transmittance is 96.2%when 3.75 mg/L PAM and 154.33 mg/L PAC is used with 90 r/min fast stirring 95 s.
